No one should unnecessarily disturb others with their behaviour or in any other way. Tenants are required to behave in ways that do not disturb normal domestic peace. Tenants must ensure that their guests also follow the rules and regulations. Tenants are held responsible and liable for any damage, neglect or other carelessness not only by themselves but also by their guests.

Discrimination of any kind as well as actions encouraging it is prohibited.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all apartments.

Trashes and sorting waste

Sort your waste and take your trashes out when you notice your trash bins being full. Any trashes laying around are a delicacy to all sorts of pests.

Domestic rubbish and other waste must be placed into containers according to waste sorting instructions. Leaving waste on balconies or your yard is forbidden. All that is useless to you doesn’t belong in the garbage rooms.

Beware that no household- or hazardous waste gets into the sewer.

Fire safety

Keep the cooker and its surroundings tidy. Never store anything on top of the cooker.

You may not charge your electronic bike or scooter indoor.

Don’t use grill or make an open fire on the balcony or indoor.

Make sure you put candles in safe places where they cannot fall over. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Outdoor candles or torches must not be burnt on the balcony.
